Bob Dean Chief Executive Officer

Bob is responsible for leading all aspects of Metonic, including strategy, development, acquisition and disposition. Under his leadership, Metonic has achieved portfolio returns including a 12% average cash yield and a 22% estimated net investor IRR. Since 2009, Bob has led efforts to acquire and asset manage over 6,000 residential apartment units and nearly one million square feet of commercial and retail properties with a combined market valuation of nearly $600 million.
Before becoming CEO of Metonic, Bob spent nearly 20 years in various executive leadership positions at Seldin Company including President and CEO. At Seldin, he was responsible for guiding the company to become a regional leader in the Midwest that manages over 17,000 apartment homes across nine states.

Scott Silverman Senior Advisor and Co-Founder

Scott is a founding member of Metonic and co-founder and CEO of Agman Partners, the principal capital partner of Metonic. Agman Partners is a multi-strategy investment fund attracted to areas of market inefficiency and fundamental value. Agnostic to industry and geography, the fund has the flexibility to invest directly and through partnerships across asset classes and stages of development.

Adam is responsible for the development and oversight of Metonic’s operations, including its investment activities, legal structure and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Metonic, Adam acted as a partner in two large Midwestern law firms, where he had over 15 years of corporate and real estate law experience. During his legal career, Adam has had extensive experience in working with clients to acquire real estate and structure real estate funds and other real estate related joint venture transactions.

Steve is responsible for development and oversight of the company’s financial management strategy and investor relations. During his more than 25-year career, he has worked in tax, accounting, operations and finance roles in the construction, technology, transportation and fast-food restaurant industries. Steve has a unique skillset that includes a background in company start-up and extensive experience as CFO.

Jon Pesce Vice President Acquisitions

Jon is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and managing the due diligence phase for residential and commercial acquisitions. During his career, Jon has participated in more than $400 million in commercial real estate transactions for Metonic investors. Prior to Metonic, he spent 10 years in corporate management consulting, working for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Protiviti in Chicago, IL.

Eric Rodawig Director Treasury Management

Eric leads treasury, investor relations, capital markets and lending activities. At Metonic, he has originated over $400 million of loans for acquisitions and refinances. Prior to joining Metonic, Eric was an Assistant Vice President at HSBC Bank USA. As a corporate bank portfolio manager, he underwrote and was responsible for over $1 billion of loan commitments.

Justin is responsible for originating and underwriting multifamily and commercial acquisitions. During his career, Justin has participated in the origination, valuation, financing and disposition of assets with an aggregate valuation of more than $3 billion. Prior to joining Metonic, Justin served as vice president with Aqua Capital Management LP where he was primarily responsible for the origination of domestic investment opportunities, asset management and maximizing portfolio revenue.

Brandon is responsible for supervising all asset management activities for the Metonic commercial portfolio valued at more than $260 million. Prior to joining Metonic, he was director of finance for Kimco Realty where he oversaw budgeting and analysis for a retail portfolio of more than 200 properties. Brandon has more than 12 years of experience in the real estate industry and has held a variety of roles in property management and finance for commercial real estate portfolios.
